Expectant mum Tori Spelling and her Canadian husband Dean McDermott are going all out to make their first Christmas as man and wife as festive as possible. The loved-up pair were spotted picking out a giant 6ft tall tree in LA this week and trying out some decorations - on themselves.
Decorations aren't the only things topping their shopping list. They have been busy preparing for the arrival of their baby - which they revealed this week is a little boy. Tori, who is now six months pregnant, and her husband picked out several items at baby boutique Intuition, a favourite with local celebrities.
"It was the first time Tori was shopping for clothes for her baby boy, and they loved picking out little outfits for him," said the shop's owner. "Dean was really into the clothes, and he carried all the packages out of the store. He's very protective of her."
While they haven't yet chosen a first name for the newcomer, he will be given the middle name Aaron in tribute to her late TV producer father. "Dean and I feel it's the perfect way to honour the memory of my father," said the blonde bombshell who is expecting her first child and Dean's third in March.
"We are thrilled to be having a son together," added the 33-year-old mum-to-be. "Little boys are a ton of fun. We love talking to him. We play tunes for him and watch him kick. He already loves the Dixie Chicks! We went to their concert and he kicked the whole time."
