Liz Hurley is no stranger to being the centre of attention in Versace. Indeed it was an appearance at the 1994 London premiere of then-boyfriend Hugh Grant's film Four Weddings And A Funeral in one of the label's frocks that boosted her into the international spotlight.
This time, however, it wasn't safety pins, nor the deep décolleté of her figure-hugging silver number that got chins wagging. Instead, all eyes were on the hint of bulging tummy the clinging gown revealed.
The sight further fuelled speculation that the usually svelte model and actress, who was snapped with label director Donatella Versace and good chum David Furnish at the Versace show in Milan, may be expecting a child with her Indian fiancé Arun Nayar. Having talked openly about her desire for children with the 41-year-old business tycoon - "Arun really wants one... I'd secretly like twins" – Liz first sparked rumours that she may be becoming a mum for a second time when she was spotted leaving a London ante-natal clinic in January. The Austin Powers star already has a young son, Damian, from a relationship with American film producer Steve Bing.
According to reports, rumours that the couple may be expecting a new addition to their family grew after the 40-year-old brunette failed to take to the slopes during a Swiss skiing holiday with Arun and her son.
