"The timing was so bad", Jack reveals exclusively to HELLO!. "I'd just had a baby, work was going great… I kept thinking: 'Why now?'" Jack's parents, Ozzy and Sharon, were equally floored when their son's condition was confirmed by a neurologist last month, and are still struggling to come to terms with it. "I keep thinking: 'What did I do wrong? What did I eat or drink when I was pregnant? I feel like it's somehow my fault", Sharon says, fighting back tears. Ozzy admits to feeling angered by the news that his youngest son has the condition. "If it was me, you'd think: 'Ozzy had a reputation and it caught up with him', but Jack is such a good guy", the rock singer says.Jack – who is speaking out to promote awareness of MS- has experienced a range of emotions since his diagnosis, but, with the help of his 'super supportive' fiancée Lisa, he is maintaining a positive outlook.

"While I was waiting for the final results, I got really, really angry. Then I got really sad for about two days, and after that I realised: 'Being angry and upset is not going to do anything at this point, if anything it's only going to make it worse… 'adapt and overcome' is my new motto".The TV star, who is famous for his love of extreme sports, and is nicknamed 'action man' by his family, plans to tackle the condition using a combination of daily drug treatment, holistic therapies and lifestyle changes. "Jack will have to change his life for the better – get healthier, not get stressed – so I feel like this could almost be a blessing in disguise", Lisa says.Read the full exclusive story on Jack's diagnosis, the medical prognosis, his wedding plans, and how the showbiz world's most famous family plan to rally round Jack, only in HELLO!, on sale from Monday.
