Actress Eva Longoria has been a friend of Kim and Khloe Kardashian for many years. With Kim almost six months pregnant, Khloe helped the Latina star celebrate a society wedding over the weekend.
Joined by reality TV star Alani Vazquez Anthony – known as La La and pictured top left – the ladies watched socialite Amber Ridinger wed singer Duane McLaughlin in a lavish ceremony in Puerto Rico. Singers Marc Anthony and Mary J Blige also attended and performed at the bash. Eva shared images of the festivities via her WhoSay account with a caption that read: "Having so much fun at Amber's wedding with @KhloeKardashian and @lala in Puerto Rico!". The Desperate Housewives star looked suitably glamorous for the occasion, with her dark locks gently waved and tumbling over a strappy electric blue dress. Khloe, clad in a little black number split to the thigh, also looked picture perfect.
Their friend Amber, whose father JR Ridinger is a US retail magnate, also shared her own personal wedding photos and was shown putting the finishing touches to her look with a jewelled headdress. The bride wore a custom-made gown by J'Aton Couture and diamonds by Jacob the Jeweler at the fairtytale themed wedding. Khloe seemed to have left husband Lamar Odom at home to enjoy the all-girls weekend away with Eva, who is single following her split form New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez. The actress previously enjoyed a romance with Penelope Cruz's younger brother, Eduardo. Eva has been in a jubilant mood since celebrating her 38th birthday on 15 March. The actress threw weekend-long celebrations which began with a family brunch and ended with a night of clubbing at a burlesque venue in Hollywood.
Her year began on the campaign trail. The brunette was just one of several stars who publically supported Barack Obama's bid for a second term in office. When the results of the election were announced, Eva Tweeted her joy. "Barack Obama re-elected as 44th President of the USA!!!! Go @BarackObama!!!! Me and my friends celebrating!. "I'm on tears (sic)! Moving the country forward!!! Obama!!!". She signed off: "We did it!!! Obama re-elected!!!!! Yes!! Yes We Can!."
