Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Denise Richards has filed a $1.2 million lawsuit against the former Two And A Half Men star for allegedly not providing all of the financial support toward the care of their children that he had promised.
Denise claims her ex-husband, who she divorced in 2006, had asked her and their children to move into a home next to him. He had purchased the home with the promise that they would not be evicted, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.

The former fashion model moved into the Beverly Hills home with their two daughters, Sam, 11 and ten-year-old Lola. She claims Charlie's behaviour became erratic and he eventually evicted Denise and their children in September. The 44-year-old actress said he had not provided money for her to purchase a new home, as he had promised to do.
The father-of-five's lawyer said the lawsuit is about "nothing more than money, money, money," adding: "Denise Richards is not satisfied that she has received $660,000 tax free each year for almost 10 years."

Charlie's attorney Martin Singer told People magazine: "It is not enough money for her, besides the approximate $10 million she has received from Charlie under her short marriage."
Denise addressed comments via her Twitter page, writing: "Marty Singer u being the trustee should support a mom fighting to keep it intact for the children. It's their money, not mine or your client."
The former model addressed comments on Twitter
"Mr. Singer according to your calculations your client owes me an enormous balance," she added. "Wow thank u!"
According to Charlie's attorney, his ex-wife has been receiving $55k a month in child support payments over the past nine years and is seeking $1.2 million toward a new home, a sum she says Charlie previously promised to pay under the terms of a trust for their children.
The pair met in 1991 and married in 2002
The couple first met on set of Loaded Weapon 1 in 1991. They became engaged in 2001 and married less than a year later, sharing two daughters together but eventually filing for divorce while Denise was pregnant with their second child.
Denise later adopted a third daughter, Eloise and cared for Charlie's twin sons Bob and Max, who he shares with first wife Brooke Mueller.
In November, the Young Guns actor revealed he was HIV positive, confirming the news on the Today show. The star said he was speaking out "to put a stop to this onslaught, this barrage of attacks and sub-truths."
