Louis Tomlinson is doing a "great job" as a parent, according to his girlfriend Danielle Campbell. The One Direction star welcomed his son Freddie Reign with Briana Jungwirth in January, and although the pair are separated, they are doing the best they can for their baby boy.
Danielle, who has been dating Louis since December, had nothing but praise for her boyfriend in an exclusive interview with Entertainment Tonight.
Louis Tomlinson is a "great" dad, according to Danielle Campbell
"He's wonderful," she said of Freddie. "I think Louis and Briana have done a great job in raising him, and he's one of the most special little boys, so they've done a great job – he's stunning. He's got beautiful parents, so hard to argue with."
However while Danielle enjoys spending time with baby Freddie, she admitted she is not ready to become a parent herself.
"I think right now [Louis and I are] young and enjoying each other's company," she said. "He's been so good to me, and I care about him a lot."
Louis and Danielle have been dating since December
The 21-year-old actress has been dating Louis since the end of 2015, and is well and truly loved up with the singer.
"I think Louis treats me so well. He's got his own job, and I have mine too, so I can understand where he's coming from, which I think definitely helps a lot," she said. "He's wonderful, so I can understand the appeal from all the other girls."
Danielle often spends time with both Louis and Freddie, but this has not been well received by Briana, who appeared to write a tweet aimed at the actress in July.
Danielle praised the way Louis and Briana Jungwirth are raising Freddie
"You can pretend all you want but you will NEVER be my baby son's mother," the 23-year-old wrote.
The post came after Danielle and Louis were photographed enjoying a day out in Malibu with Freddie.
TMZ recently reported that Briana became jealous over Danielle spending time with her son, and therefore has prevented Louis and his new girlfriend from seeing the baby on a regular basis.
In response, the Steal My Girl singer filed for joint physical and legal custody of his child.
