The 31-year-old and his wife Nicole Johnson undoubtedly have had their hands full with their little bundle of joy, they often take to their social media sites to upload various cute pictures of their son. Last summer, the sports star - who retired as the most decorated Olympian of all time - talked about the idea of giving Boomer a little sister. "We would love a girl," he told People magazine. "Love, love, love a girl. We wanted a boy first, just in case we did have other children, [so] he could be the protector of his younger sibling or siblings." He continued: "So we started off on a perfect note: We got a boy. We got a beautiful, healthy baby boy, and we're looking to continue to grow our family."

Michael and Nicole began dating in 2009, and briefly split three years later. The gold medallist popped the question to Nicole in February of 2015 and over a year later in May, they welcomed their first child. They tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, last October. During a Facebook live chat, Michael opened up about their big day, saying: "I've been married for a while, a couple of months." He added: "I had to keep it secret from you all. I had to keep it hush hush from you guys. Nicole and I are married. We are officially married and now we are getting the chance to just kind of kick it [and] hang out now."
