Avril Lavigne is loving being back in Malibu after a whirlwind period spent globetrotting and even embarking on a new romance.
The singer finally found an opportunity to let her hair down and have some fun as she posted a video of her day at the beach near her $7.8million home.
In the clip, she was seen wearing black leggings and a matching cropped sweatshirt with a sheer tee underneath with her hair tied up in a top-knot.
Avril soaked up some sun at the beach on an e-bike
A barefoot Avril rode around the beach on an e-bike, screaming with joy at every moment as she used her leg to speed herself along.
The beautiful sunset in the background definitely made it look even more enjoyable, and fans loved seeing the glimpse into her life away from the spotlight.

"She was an e-bike girl," one joked, while another also said: "She really said see ya later boi!" and a third added: "Gothic on the beach."
It's been an eventful month for the Sk8er Boi singer, who was in Paris earlier for Fashion Week, where she was also spotted getting romantic with rapper Tyga weeks after her broken engagement with Mod Sun was confirmed, which you can learn more about in the video below.
The 38-year-old was seen embracing and kissing Tyga as they attended several runway shows in the French capital and the pictures quickly went viral as their new romance was revealed.
Soon after, she jetted off to her native Canada, specifically Edmonton, for the Juno Awards, although that appearance was overshadowed as well.

Shortly after she was awarded the TikTok Juno Fan Choice award, in the middle of her acceptance speech, she was cut off by a topless woman who didn't hesitate to walk up to Avril and wave her hands in the air.
The culprit was simply wearing bubblegum pink cargo pants, with nothing else, covering her chest with nipple covers.
She appeared to be protesting climate change, and had her body covered in phrases such as: "Our clock is ticking," and: "Land back," as well as: "Save the green belt," although was escorted off the premises by security soon after the stage crash.
