Brody Jenner caused a bit of a stir at the weekend when he attended the wedding of his stepsister Kim Kardashian's ex Reggie Bush – two months after he famously decided to skip her wedding to Kanye West. But the 30-year-old has insisted that rather than a slight against his family, this was just a case of one friend supporting another.
"It's kinda ridiculous that everybody's making such a big deal out of it," Brody told US Weekly. " Reggie has been a friend of mine for a very long time so I went to his wedding. It's all good. "Despite initial reports that he decided not to attend Kim and Kanye's nuptials because his girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter was not invited, Brody said it was prior work commitments that kept him away.

"Kim's was in Paris, I was working," he said, referring to the rehearsal dinner which took place in the French capital, before the actual ceremony in Florence. "Kim's was in Paris. It's as simple as that. "Brody attended Reggie's wedding in San Diego on Saturday because of the location and the pair's friendship. "It was awesome," he said. "I love Reggie. It was a great wedding. It was beautiful." A source told US Weekly that "Brody and Reggie are really good friends. (Reggie) invited him months ago with a guest. In terms of Kim, one has nothing to do with the other."

Kim and Reggie, 29, dated for three years before they split in 2010. On Saturday Reggie tied the knot with Lilit Avagyan in front of more than 250 guests at the Grand Del Mar in San Diego, with their 14-month-old daughter Briseis acting as flower girl.
