Gwyneth Paltrow's baby daughter Apple is learning at an early age what it means to be a jet setter. The latest stop for the six-month-old tot and her actress mum was Rome, where the Shakespeare In Love star is promoting her latest film Sky Captain And The World Of Tomorrow.

It looked as though her latest flight had left Apple - who was bundled up in a cream-coloured outfit with toasty matching booties - a little sleepy, and Gwyneth tenderly cradled her nodding head as they arrived at Rome airport.

The two experienced travellers had obviously dressed for the occasion, with Apple's 32-year-old mum equally casual in jeans, a full-length white coat and fashionable brown flat cap.

Since her daughter's arrival Gwyneth has drastically cut back on her film-making commitments, while her husband, Coldplay front man Chris Martin, has only recently rejoined his band mates after taking a five-month hiatus after becoming a father.
