Dr Goglia has worked with stars including Khloe Kardashian

Describing Khloé Kardashian as a "fitness warrior", Dr. Goglia revealed the benefits that came with the star cutting out gluten and dairy from her diet – with Khloé herself attributing the change to her weight loss success.

"The removal of dairy, gluten, yeast and mould while increasing hydration and calories to appropriate levels acts as the perfect strategy for fat loss and muscular repair," Dr. Goglia explained. "The result is an incredible physique shift as Khloé has demonstrated – she is a fitness warrior!"

When it comes to red carpet events, he explained that he creates a tailor made plan to help the stars look and feel their best. "We call it seven days of 'food jail'," he revealed. "Lots of fatty fish and tomatoes."

Dr. Goglia also works closely with actors including Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pratt and Chris Evans to help them during their intense training regimes, revealing that they are "truly dedicated athletes" who are both "focused and committed".

"I have enjoyed working with and have been honoured to work with many stars and celebrities like the Kardashians and Marvel Comics action heroes," he said. "I'm always providing tips and food plan strategies to help support their goals and training strategies. I'm very honoured to work with their trainer, truly a celebrity himself, Gunnar Peterson. Gunnar has been a conduit for the majority of my celebrities - he is an amazing trainer and even better human."

Dr. Goglia explained that what sets his G-Plan nutrition programmes apart from other diet plans is that it recognises that "one size food programming does not fit everyone's metabolic blueprint."

For a healthy diet, he lists calorie restricting and a lack of hydration as two of the most common mistakes people make when it comes to nutrition, and suggests avoiding foods such as plumped poultry, soy, juices, dried fruit and diet food which are low in sugar.

He also advises staying away from "foods that are multi-ingredient like breads, muffins, bagels, pastries, cereals. Basically baked goods that are yeast, sugar, mould and gluten bound".

For those wanting to try and lose weight, he suggests eating high fat fish, one ingredient carbohydrates, organic poultry, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables.

His top tips for a healthy diet? Staying hydrated and consistent food patterns over seven day periods which are changed weekly.
