Candice Swanepoel welcomes first child with fiancé Hermann Nicoli

Candice Swanepoel has given birth to her first child! The Victoria's Secret model and her fiancé Hermann Nicoli welcomed a bouncing baby boy and a friend of the family has revealed that they have named the newborn Anacã.

Photographer Jerome Duran, who is a friend of Candice's, shared a snap of the 27-year-old with her arms around her baby bump and announced the exciting news, writing: "THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MAMA. Congratulations!!@angelcandices @hermannicoli. Welcome Anacã!!! Already sooo much LOVE for you and the new family!"

Fans were quick to congratulate the supermodel, with one writing: "finally yaas love you so much and congrats."

"I'm very happy for you and your family," another added.

The South African supermodel, who previously revealed to HELLO! that she would "love to have children", has been sharing photos of her growing baby bump throughout her pregnancy, announcing the news that she was having a boy back in May.

Candice is good friends with fellow supermodel Behati Prinsloo, who welcomed baby girl Dusty Rose with her husband Adam Levine last month. According to E! News the pair have supported each other through their pregnancies, with a source saying: "Candice and Behati are best friends and they are not far apart from each other in pregnancy due dates.

"They both have been experiencing the first stages of being pregnant together and are happy to have each other who understand."

Hermann and Candice having been dating for ten years after meeting in Paris when the supermodel was 17. They announced their engagement back in March, with a source telling E! News that Candice "couldn't be happier".
