One year after meeting in 1978, Rod and first wife Alana Hamilton – ex-wife of actor George Hamilton, who she had divorced three years earlier – tied the knot at the Beverly Hills mansion of Tina Sinatra.
"To call Alana the latest in a series of blondes is unfair to her," said Rod of his spouse, who signed a prenup before the wedding. "She has an IQ of 140 and can crush people with words. We are lethal together."
