A dad of six with one on the way, Rod has described fatherhood as "the most important thing in my life".
His eldest child, 41-year-old Sarah Thubron, resulted from a teenage romance, while Kimberley, 25, and Sean, 24, came from his first marriage to Alana. Kelly Emberg is mum to 17-year-old daughter Ruby, and he has two children – Renée, 12, and ten-year-old Liam – with estranged second wife Rachel.
