Dinner and dancing were on the menu this weekend when royals from every corner of Europe flocked to Luxembourg to help Grand Duchess Maria Teresa and her husband Grand Duke Henri mark their silver wedding anniversary.
It was a stylish if belated celebration for the couple, who tied the knot on Valentine's Day in 1981 after falling in love while studying in Geneva.
Alongside the royal pair were their five children: the heir to the dukedom, 24-year-old Guillaume, 19-year-old Louis - who recently gave them their first grandchild, Gabriel - as well as Felix, 22, Alexandra, who's 15, and Sebastien, 14.
Denmark's Princess Mary, who was escorted by her husband Prince Frederik, made a stunning style statement in an exquisite pale gold cocktail dress. Meanwhile Belgium was represented by Crown Prince Philippe and Crown Princess Mathilde. The mother-of-three chose a glamorous evening gown with a black bodice and contrasting white chiffon skirt.
Philippe's younger brother Prince Laurent arrived with his British-born wife, Princess Claire, who'd opted for a full-length creation in green silk. The aristocratic guestlist also included Britain's Princess Anne, Prince Kyril of Bulgaria, who attended with his Spanish socialite wife Rosario, as well as royal representatives from Spain, Sweden, Jordan and Monaco.
