Stunning pieces once worn by the late former screen star and Monaco princess Grace Kelly have gone on display in Tokyo.
The eye-catching items feature in 'Story of... Memories Of Cartier Creations', a collection of 250 items created over the years by the exclusive French jewellery house. There's a long-running relationship between the Monaco royal family and Cartier, which became the official supplier of jewels to the Principality in 1920.
Among the items lent by the princess' children Prince Albert, Princess Caroline and Princess Stephanie, is an unusual emerald-eyed chicken brooch, formed from a giant pearl, and a trio of elegant platinum and diamond clips with ruby detailing, which once formed part of one of the princess' tiaras.
'Memories Of Cartier Creations' runs at Tokyo's National Museum until May 31.
