I have spent over three decades reporting on royal and celebrity exclusives, and have been a Senior Editor for HELLO! since 2023. Alongside my many exciting projects, I cover the US and UK site overnight and write breaking celebrity news coverage, as well as interviewing A-list celebrities and contributing to the Menopause Hub. 

I’ve spearheaded unrivalled coverage of countless celebrity events such as the Oscars, Golden Globes and Grammys,  as well many European royal weddings, births, and tours.

I've covered extensive health, fitness, fashion and beauty features and I'm also an author of two books The Long Life Plan and The Menopause Diet. 

I was born in London, but have also lived in Spain and Dubai. I moved to Sydney 14 years ago and have worked in various senior roles for publications such as Daily Mail, The Telegraph, New Idea, Harper's Bazaar, ELLE, Glamour and Women's Weekly.
