Nick and Nikki Edwards married in a stunning beach ceremony in Palma de Mallorca on September 1 2011, attended by their 10-year-old daughter, amongst others. The ceremony itself was held at Mood Beach as the sun shone down on the couple, followed by drinks on the champagne terrace and a reception in the beach club at Mood. The beach club is a truly glamorous venue with celebs such as Cristiano Ronaldo hiring it for private parties.
Nikki wore a stunning strapless gown with a full skirt made of layers of chiffon. She complemented the design with a delicate posy of cream roses and a traditional veil.
Italian saxophonist Florencio Cruz. serenaded the wedding party throughout the day. His mixture of a live instrument with house music made an unlikely yet lively change to more traditional wedding music.
The couple said of their choice: “The entertainment was important to us and we wanted something everyone would love and remember forever.” Both Nick and Nikki wanted to ensure there was a personal touch to their wedding, so chose to handwrite each place name for the reception and included an individual message inside for each guest. Bride Nikki said of the day: "It honestly was the happiest day of our lives and I would love to do it all over again!"
