October 15, 2013

Twirling around the floor together, Harry Judd and his beautiful wife Izzy enjoyed a fairytale first dance as husband and wife. The happy couple, who tied the knot last December, have shared the very special moment from their wedding day with fans — and it's clear that Strictly Come Dancing winner Harry hasn't lost his magic touch.

Dancing to Michael Buble's Can't Help Falling In Love, the newlyweds are seen performing the American Smooth to the delight of their friends and family. For added authenticity, McFly star Harry, 27, had arranged for Strictly announcer Alan Dedicoat to record a personal introduction ahead of the dance. "Live from St Michael's Manor, performing an American Smooth, Izzy Judd and her dance partner Harry Judd," the recording announced.

The dance itself had been carefully choreographed by Strictly professional Ian Waite, and the couple put in 11 hours of rehearsal time to ensure that the spectacular routine, which featured lifts and spins, went perfectly. They ended the dance with a passionate kiss to rapturous applause from their guests. HELLO! was lucky enough invited to share in the big day, and the new Mrs Judd exclusively told the magazine she had been very nervous about performing the first dance. "The night before the wedding I didn't sleep because I was going through the steps on my head," Izzy admitted.Harry and former Escala violinist Izzy were married on 21 December, 2012, almost a year to the day after he won series 9 of Strictly. They tied the knot at St Nicholas's Church in Harpenden, Hertfordshire and held their beautiful reception at nearby St Michael's Manor.

Guests were also treated to a special musical performance as Harry joined his McFly bandmates during the celebrations. The quartet sang a number of songs, including an acoustic version of The Beach Boys' track, Don't Worry Baby, which had been playing when Harry proposed.More recently, the boys — Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones, Dougie Poynter and Harry —have been working on some new material. On 24 November, they will release Love Is On The Radio, the first single from their forthcoming sixth studio album. The band, who have spent 10 successful years together, are set to unveil their as yet untitled album in spring 2014.
