Jessica Simpson has opened up about her ongoing wedding plans. The mother-of-two, who is engaged to retired NFL player Eric Johnson, has previously had to postpone her nuptials after the near back-to-back births of the couple's two children but it sounds like when the time comes, there will be no holding back. "It will definitely be extravagant," Jessica told Savannah Gutherie on The Today Show, referring to her wedding. "I don't do things small."

The designer also spoke about her hugely successful fashion empire, which is estimated to be worth £595million. Explaining how the Jessica Simpson Collection has gone from strength to strength, the blonde beauty said, "I think that I can relate to every woman out there. I have been every size there is, so I know how to dress every body type." "I truly believe that it's not just about high fashion. You know, we all need pieces in our wardrobe that are fashionable but accessible, wearable, you know, and affordable. I think that that's really what has made the brand such a success." While Jessica may have her hands full at home looking after her daughter Maxwell, who is nearly two, and eight-month-old son Ace, the star hasn't failed to stick to her exercise and healthy eating regime.

As a Weight Watchers spokeswoman, Jessica was proud to show off her svelte figure in adverts for the brand and admitted that she has "never been happier." "Knowing that I have the wedding coming up is an incentive to stay on Weight Watchers, count my points and stay in the gym," she told People. "I mean, when you see my dress, you'll know." Jessica and Eric are rumoured to be preparing for a summer wedding in Los Angeles, having changed their venue from Capri, Italy. An insider close to the couple revealed that it would have been "too much" to ask guests to fly to Europe.
