Benedict Cumberbatch and his fiancée Sophie Hunter are rumoured to be tying the knot this weekend. According to reports the romantic couple have chosen to marry on Saint Valentine's Day in a private ceremony in the south of England. MailOnline states that Benedict and Sophie will say "I do" at a stunning period property on the Isle of Wight, with 38-year-old Benedict's Sherlock-co-star Martin Freeman acting as best man. Keira Knightley, Benedict's long-time friend and co-star from both Atonement and The Imitation Game, will also be joining the couple's family and friends at the ceremony.

Pregnant Keira will not be the only mum-to-be at the wedding, of course, the 36-year-old bride herself is expecting her first baby and is thought to be around four months pregnant. Benedict and Sophie's wedding comes three months after they announced their engagement and just one month after they revealed the exciting news that they are set to become parents. "I am delighted to confirm that Benedict Cumberbatch and Sophie Hunter are expecting their first child," confirmed the actor's publicist in January. "They are both over the moon."

Following the announcement, sources close to the duo revealed that they were keen to move their wedding plans forward so as to tie the knot before the birth of their son or daughter. "It's an amazing thing to find somebody you love," Benedict to HELLO! in November. "It's amazing to find somebody you love at all, let alone somebody who loves you back in the same way and to the same degree. "And if that is amazing, well, considering how busy both Sophie and I are, it's a minor miracle that we met each other at all in the way we did."
