Alex Jones has confessed that she is being a little "disorganised" with her wedding plans. Last month the TV presenter announced live on air that she was set to wed Charlie Thomson, but it sounds like the pair haven't thought about the ceremony details yet.
Alex, 37, is still in the stage of being happily engaged and has been flaunting her gorgeous diamond ring on the programme that she stars in, The One Show.
But the Welsh beauty has admitted that, almost a month into being engaged, words like "favours" and "colour schemes" are already starting to annoy her.
Alex Jones said she would like to marry 'within the next few months'
"We haven't set a date, I don't know if it's a thing? Is that what you do when you get engaged?" said Alex, appearing on ITV's Lorraine on Tuesday.
The newly engaged star embraced the spring sunshine in a floral skirt and pretty pink top, but it was her exquisite diamond accessory that had viewers and chat show host Lorraine intrigued.
"We're very relaxed, I mean disorganised really," said Alex. "So mum is pushing. She said, 'You know we could do this by the end of the year if you and Charlie get a move on.' But we haven't looked at anywhere, it would be nice to do it within the next few months."

Alex added that her big day will be an intimate, family affair. She said: "It'll be just with our close friends and family and a day when everybody can have a bit of a laugh.
"Words like 'favours' and 'bridesmaids' and 'colour schemes' are starting to get on my nerves already. I think everybody turn up, there'll be some wine and it'll be a nice day."
Alex announced her joyous news during an episode of The One Show on 6 February. Earlier that day her co-host Chris Evans had almost let the cat out of the bag when he hinted that Alex had some "huge news" to share during the evening programme.

"All I'm saying is it's huge news for a girl, huge news for a boy, it's huge news, but for a girl it's probably the second most exciting thing that could happen to a girl," said Chris.
"It's happening to Alex. It's not in the script but she has asked us to talk about it tonight," he added. "So it's the easiest way of announcing it – I mean we are half way there as it is I suppose."
The bride-to-be and her insurance broker fiancé, who is from New Zealand, have been together for three years.
