Ayesha Makim, the niece of Sarah Ferguson, has married Sacha Specker in a dream wedding held on the sea front in Cape Town, South Africa. The 28-year-old bride looked beautiful in a flowing hippie-style dress and a flower wreath in her hair. Alongside a photograph of herself and her new husband, she confirmed the wedding had been "the happiest day of my life", and that she had married "the man of my dreams".

Ayesha, whose mother Jane Ferguson is Sarah's older sister, was walked down the aisle by her proud brother Seamus, who had travelled from Germany to be with her on her special day. "Sorry guys, I'm posting again but this is a moment I'll never forget. My big brother walking me down the aisle, he had a firm grip but a big smile," she wrote alongside another wedding snapshot. "@seamus_makim love you bro. Thank you for the best surprise ever! You'll always be my best mate. "Seamus wasn't the only family member to surprise Ayesha; earlier in the week, the bride posted a picture of herself cuddled up to her mother Jane, revealing she too had flown in to be with the happy couple for their wedding.
"The best surprise ever!! My beautiful mum @janeferguson7 flew to Cape Town to be with us on our special day," Ayesha wrote. "Thank you to my amazing soon to be husband @sachaspex for being such an amazing man and organising this, you're the ultimate man and the love of my life. "Despite their close connection, it seems that neither Sarah nor her two daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, were able to attend the celebrations in South Africa; no photographs have emerged of the royals at the wedding on social media.
Ayesha and Seamus are Jane's two children from her first marriage to Alex Makim. Ayesha was raised in Australia, but now lives in South Africa. She and photographer Sachs tied the knot after a whirlwind two-week engagement.
