Four months after welcoming their baby daughter into the world, Jacqueline Jossa and Dan Osborne have become engaged. Former The Only Way Is Essex star Dan revealed on Twitter that he popped the question.
"She said YES!!! I am the luckiest man in the world to be marrying the woman of my dreams @jacquelineMjos !!!" Dan tweeted on Monday evening.
The pair are currently on a family holiday for Jacqueline's sister's wedding, and Dan reportedly got down on one knee to ask the important question in front of their friends and family.
A source told Now magazine: "'Yes, it’s true. Dan and Jacqueline are engaged and they’re both over the moon.
"Dan has been planning this special moment for months, Jacqueline is the girl of his dreams and he can’t believe what a lucky man he is. They will marry next year."
Last week the pair prompted speculation that they may be next to walk down the aisle, when they shared a number of loved-up snaps.
"@danosborneofficial feeling all lovey Dovey and romantic," Jacqueline captioned one selfie of the pair, which showed Dan leaning in for a kiss while she smiled for the camera.
EastEnders actress Jacqueline and Dan first met in 2013, and welcomed their daughter Ella on Sunday 15 February.
The young mother tweeted: "Baby ella osborne was born yesterday. thankyou @DannyO and @Sarabro2 for everything. Amazing. She's perfect x"
Dan, 24, told his followers that he is "so, so, so happy" about the news, adding: "Proud of you. I love you" to his girlfriend.
The baby is Dan's second child as he already has a one-year-old son called Teddy with his ex-girlfriend Megan Tomlin.
When Jacqueline, 22, announced her pregnancy, he said: "Becoming a father has been the most amazing thing to ever happen to me. I can't believe I'm going to be a dad again – I'm truly blessed."
