Congratulations to Dave Franco and Alison Brie, who are engaged after three years of dating. The Mad Men actress confirmed the happy news herself when she debuted her beautiful engagement ring at the premiere of her new movie on Monday. Dave, 30, popped the question with an impressive Irene Neuwirth-designed rose gold ring set with rose cut and pave diamonds.Among the first to congratulate the couple on their engagement was Dave's older brother James Franco. The 37-year-old actor posted a sweet photo of the pair, along with the caption: "Congrats Davy and Allison!!! engaged!!! I WUUUUUUV YOU."

Alison, 32, is best known for playing Trudy Campbell in Mad Men, and recently starred as the fiancee of Will Ferrell's character in Get Hard. Dave, meanwhile, has stepped firmly out of James' shadow, appearing in 2014's Neighbors, as well as 21 Jump Street, Now You See Me and Warm Bodies.The couple have reportedly been dating since early 2012, but have kept their relationship firmly out of the spotlight.Prior to meeting the love of her life, Alison had told Elle she might not even be the marrying type."I don't even know if I want to get married," she told the publication. "I've never been the girl who's planning my dream wedding - I was always practicing my speech for the Oscars. That was my dream, which is kind of sad but kind of great.
