Bar Refaeli gears up for wedding with second hen party

September 23, 2015

Bar Refaeli is due to marry her businessman fiancé Adi Ezra on Thursday and in celebration of her big day, the fresh-faced beauty has held a second hen party. The model is back in her native Israel where she will tie the knot with Adi in an exclusive resort, surrounded by her family and friends.

In the lead-up, Bar has waved goodbye to her singleton days with a 'Barchelorette' – a play on words using her first name.

The 30-year-old shared photos of her pool-side celebrations on Instagram, with one snap showing Bar topping up her bridal tan. The model splashed around in the water on a giant inflatable duck and flashed her pretty smile at the camera.

"The world would be just fine with only girls in it. (And my future husband) ?#luckiestgirlintheworld #Barchelorette," she wrote.

Showing her fun side in another snap, Bar plunged head first into the pool in a colourful swim top and bikini bottoms – and a satin-edged veil.

The bride-to-be also had fun with her accessories, writing: "Our butterfly is flying," alongside a photo of herself wearing a butterfly headband.

For her first hen party in the Maldives in August, Bar invited a select few girlfriends on an out-of-this-world trip. But for her second party in Israel, the model had more friends in attendance.

One group shot showed the soon-to-be Mrs posing in a white maxi dress surrounded by 11 hens and one male friend. The group coordinated in pink, green and yellow dresses and posed in front of a massive flower-adorned peace sign.

Bar has previously revealed that she will walk down the aisle in a dress designed by Chloé's creative director Clare Waight Keller. Taking to Instagram, Leonardo DiCaprio's ex-girlfriend added a photo of herself standing in the studio and hiding what looks to be her wedding dress.

"For my perfect day I asked the talented @clarewaightkeller to design my dress, you are a dream maker! @chloe," she wrote.

According to previous reports, Bar and Adi will say "I do" at the Beresheet Hotel in Carmel Forest – an exclusive property that sits on a cliff overlooking the majestic Ramon Crater. The couple had previously requested a no-fly zone over their venue from 5pm to 2am for security and photography reasons.

Local media reported that five drones and two helicopters would be present on the day, and that one of the choppers would take Bar to the wedding. However Israeli transport minister Yisrael Katz cancelled the measure on Sunday, arguing that airspace was in the public domain.
