Speaking in an interview with Good Morning America, Justin opened up about Jimmy's role in their big day, saying he was the perfect man for the role.
"He did [cry]," Justin revealed. "And then… everyone did. And it was just… it was the perfect tone for the night."
It wasn't all tears though, as Justin confided that having his friend preside over his surprise wedding as "the biggest blessing in the world".

"It was exactly what you would want him to do. He was extremely funny, kept things extremely light, was extremely touching."
Justin and Jennifer tied the knot in a surprise service on 5 August, and while they are keen to keep their nuptials as private as possible, they have been releasing a few snippets of information about their big day.
The Leftovers star recently admitted it was difficult keeping the wedding quiet, telling New York Daily News: "I wouldn't say it was fun to plan. Part of the fun of planning a wedding is telling people, and we had to keep it under wraps."

Justin also explained why he and Jennifer decided to invite a group of friends including Courtney Cox and Jason Bateman to join them on their honeymoon to Bora Bora.
"It was a fantastic honeymoon," Justin told Extra. "We had thought about it; we could just do a normal honeymoon, or we could go with some friends, keep the party going, relax and have fun. It was really special, it was really beautiful."
