Did you know being a professional bridesmaid is an actual job? Sounds too good to be true, right? Well lucky Tiffany Wright does just that. She helps brides plan their big day and does all the jobs you can't ask your real bridesmaidsfor fear of being labelled a mega bridezilla. Tiffany tells HELLO! that sometimes she even has to step in and be bridesmaid herself for clients – nothing is too much trouble. She has also shared two videos with advice tailored for Meghan Markle on her wedding day – specifically 'how to cope with nightmare family members at your wedding' and 'how to give an amazing bride's speech'.

We're loving Tiffany's advice. First up is how to deal with the 'interfering mother in law' by giving her a job to do which she feels is very important, "Whereas what you're actually doing," says Tiffany, "Is just getting her out of the way." She suggest Meghan asks Camilla to help with the flowers or the seating plan, for example. Next up is 'the drunk groom'. "In Meghan's case, I'm pretty sure that Harry will let his hair down on the wedding day." Her advice? Have a chat with a sensible groomsman in advance – aka Prince William – to keep said groom away from having one tipple too many.

Where Meghan's speech is concerned – and she is due to make one – Tiffany recommends talking for no more than five minutes. Googling speech ideas is another big no no; unique personal anecdotes are far better and more meaningful, she advises. Tiffany adds that poking fun at the groom in your speech is a huge faux pas. "The whole purpose of the bride's speech is to raise a glass to the people who are important to her."

Tiffany tells HELLO! how she first started her professional bridesmaid business. She reveals: "This idea first came to me after my own wedding when I had six bridesmaids yet on the day I didn't feel like I could ask any of them to do the dirty work." She says her job is to make sure everything gets done and everyone behaves themselves and most of all have fun.
