One of the most memorable parts of any wedding has to be the bride's dress. And the British royal family certainly hasn't disappointed us in this regard over the past century – from the embroidered gown worn by the Queen (and famously purchased using ration tokens) for her marriage to Prince Philip, to Meghan Markle's stunning Givenchy-designed couture gown earlier this year. Royal wedding dresses frequently set trends for years to come and are recognised as important cultural artefacts. We've put together a video of all the wedding dresses worn by the royal family over the past century, including those worn by the Queen Mother, Princess Anne, Sarah Duchess of York and the Duchess of Cambridge.
