Over the past few years, Princess Eugenie has developed a reputation for being one of the more daring royals when it comes to her fashion choices. The 27-year-old enjoys taking risks in bold prints and edgy styles, such as the paint-splattered Oscar de la Renta dress she wore the the Royal family's annual easter church service, or the asymmetric tunic and wet-look leggings she was recently spotted in. And one of her biggest beauty loves has to be nail art – in fact, she the only royal to be spotted working this edgy trend, first for her grandmother the Queen's jubilee celebrations and later for a Christmas luncheon at Buckingham Palace.
Eugenie has previously sported Christmas-themed nail art
This has lead to speculation that the fashion-loving princess may break with royal protocol and opt for some subtle nail art when she marries her fiancé Jack Brooksbank in Windsor later this year. Other royal brides tend to opt for more classic manicures on their wedding days – Meghan Markle sported a chic pale pink shade when she married Prince Harry – but given Eugenie's preference for experimentation, we may see her sporting something a little more daring.

Juanita Huber-Millet, founder of Townhouse nail salon, confirmed to HELLO! that bridal nail art is officially becoming a 'thing' and that Eugenie may opt for a subtle take on the trend. "All brides want to feel at their most beautiful on their wedding day and bridal nail art is becoming more and more popular – ranging from the classic French to bold prints," she said.
"Princess Eugenie will want to blend style with royal protocol – the perfect match would be 'Flash Lines' from the TOWNHOUSE S/S 2018 collection. Combining a pale pink base with a white strip is a sophisticated and subtle upgrade to a standard nail. It's all about the little touches and for brides we love opting for a rose gold line on the ring finger!"

Juanita also recommends brides who want to shake up their look go for a colour pop in bright pink or bold lilac, as both look particularly striking next to white.
