If you haven't yet watched Netflix's newest cult reality show, Love Is Blind, you're in for a treat. As the name suggests, the premise is to discover whether love really is blind, by testing if a group of Atlanta singles are able to fall in love with a partner they've never seen. The participants get to know each other while isolated in a 'pod' facility, and it is only after they get engaged that they meet each other face-to-face for the first time. But after going away on a romantic holiday, moving in together and meeting each other's families, will they still want to tie the knot?

During the finale, participants found themselves at the alter to find out if their other half wants to get married only after they've donned a wedding dress or tux, walked down the aisle and gathered in front of their nearest and dearest. Brutal, right? As the social experiment goes wild on social media, we've got answers to all of your burning questions about their weddings, except for one; will it be Happily Ever After?

Where were the Love Is Blind weddings filmed?

All of the Love Is Blind weddings were held at the same two wedding venues in Atlanta, Georgia. Some of the weddings took place at Flourish Atlanta, an event space with several different function rooms including a ballroom, open-air courtyard and a VIP room.

Meanwhile, others were held at the sister venue, The Estate by Legendary Events, which dates back to 1797 and is another picturesque wedding venue that hosts both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, and the reception celebrations afterward (assuming they decide to go through with it). You may recognise the small wine cellar from where Cameron, Barnett and the grooms had their last-minute heart-to-hearts with their friends before the ceremonies, while the Bride's Room has plenty of space for the brides to get ready, and artisan mahogany bars for them to get the celebrations underway.

How much did the Love Is Blind weddings cost?

The weddings took place on a Thursday, when guests are charged $4,000 (£3,094) for use of the facilities and have a minimum spend of $9,000 (£6,960) on food and drink. But we can imagine they may have received a hefty discount in return for the global publicity.

Did the Love is Blind couples pay for the weddings themselves?

Netflix did cover some of the basic costs for the weddings, but the couples also had to contribute, which did lead to some friction about money between Amber and Barnett, who argued over budgeting for Amber's wedding dress. The show's creator Chris Coelen told Bustle: "Of course production supplies some of the basics but because these are their real weddings, it's up to them as to how to spend their money."

Are the Love Is Blind weddings legal?

"Yes, it's a legally binding marriage," the show's creator confirmed.
