So why did the Love Island USA host and the Bachelor in Paradise star switch locations part way through their big day? The couple exchanged vows at the Sunstone Winery near Santa Barbara, California, with sweeping views overlooking the Santa Ynez Mountains. They also hosted cocktails and their reception at the 52-acre estate.

However, when it came to the after-party, the newlyweds and their guests made a trip to a different winery, prompted by noise ordinances in the area. School buses transported Wells and Sarah – who wore her fourth bridal mini dress by Georges Hobeika Couture – to the new venue where a DJ, dance floor and even a taco truck were waiting for them, according to Vogue.

"Everyone was ready to rage," Wells told the publication, referring to their main wedding venue. "There was dancing and partying and then it kind of stopped, and people would eat a little bit. And then dance a little bit more. It was a fun back and forth, and it was cool because it felt like it kept the energy up the entire night."
Wells, Sarah and a few close family members returned to Sunstone at around 2:30 a.m., where they enjoyed the final intimate celebrations.

"My maid of honor was put in charge of the music. We came back, and Wells went to sleep and my maid of honor and I were just singing 'Jagged Little Pill', Rent, and Into The Woods. We had a music theater/Alanis Morrisette night."
Sarah and Wells got engaged in July 2019 and started planning their nuptials in September that year. Their original wedding date, 8 August 2020, was postponed following the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.
