Derek Hough definitely has a lot going on, not only gearing up for his appearance in the latest season of Dancing with the Stars, but also planning a wedding with his fiancée Hayley Erbert.

Appearing on Live with Kelly and Ryan, the performer spoke about his upcoming nuptials and where he was on the planning stage.

He revealed that they were over a year away from actually tying the knot, with them being knee-deep in preparations with the help of a wedding planner.
"It's all happening, we're doing the guest list. We're thinking 'oh, do we need that fifth cousin for $800 a plate' or whatever it's going to be, something crazy," he shared.

"We're looking at venues, we love the outdoors. So, we'll see!"
Ryan Seacrest then asked him about a particular detail that he had heard about, which involved Michael Bublé committing to singing at their wedding.
Derek and Michael had joked about the same earlier
"I don't wanna put it out there," he said, to which Derek enthusiastically responded: "No, he has, and I'm going to keep putting it out there."
They even mentioned how busy the Canadian singer was, who is currently on tour, and Derek even brought up the most frequent question he got asked – "when are you getting married?"

"Whenever he's free," the DWTS alum joked, although he clarified that his being available was a part of the planning, adding that they had "at least a year."
He detailed how the whole deal came about in the first place, having come out through a conversation when Derek directed one of Michael's music videos, in which Hayley also performed.
The couple got engaged in June
"He said 'Thank you so much, is there anything we can do?' and I said 'Sing at our wedding'," which Michael instantly said yes to.
Derek and Hayley announced their engagement back in June, having been together since 2015 after meeting while part of sister Julianne Hough's Move Live Tour.
