She may have been expecting all eyes on her when she married King Charles in 2005, but Queen Consort Camilla wasn't nearly as ready for all the attention that comes with a wedding aged four.
In black-and-white photos, Camilla (then Shand) looked shy as she joined her younger sister Annabelle, three, at their uncle Jeremy Cubitt's wedding with Diana du Cane in January 1952. Despite being one year older, the royal appeared less relaxed than her smiling sibling as the pair took on their bridesmaid duties, with Camilla clutching onto Annabelle's hand.
They were pictured at St Mark's church in London wearing white satin gowns with ruffle collars, a coloured sash and bow decorations, finished with a flower headband in their curly hair and Mary-Jane shoes. Camilla and Annabelle stood in front of the bridal attendants, whose coordinated outfits included A-line skirts and buttoned tops.
Twenty-one years later, the Queen Consort was pictured at her wedding with her first husband Andrew Parker-Bowles, where she chose very similar dresses for her young bridal party. Posing for photos in her simple wedding dress, finished with a pie-crust neckline, Camilla stood next to several bridesmaids dressed in puff-sleeve dresses and floral hair accessories.

Before her wedding, Camilla had dated King Charles after meeting at a polo match in 1970. However, their romance cooled when the then-Prince was called away on naval duties overseas and Camilla went on to marry long-term admirer Andrew before welcoming children Laura and Tom. In July 1981, Charles married Lady Diana Spencer, with whom he shares Prince William and Prince Harry. See their reaction to his second wedding in the video...
Both of their marriages later fell into difficulty, with Camilla getting divorced in 1995 and Charles the year after.
After the tragic death of Princess Diana in 1997, the two kept their blossoming relationship low-key. They made their first public appearance together in 1999 at a party at the Ritz Hotel in London.
Clarence House announced Charles and Camilla were engaged to be married in February 2005, and they tied the knot in a civil ceremony at Windsor Guildhall two months later. They are set to celebrate their 18th wedding anniversary on 9 April, which also happens to be Easter Sunday.
