Much hype surrounded Kim Kardashian in the lead-up to her wedding, with fans placing bets on which high-end designer the reality TV beauty had chosen to wear for the day. The bride lived up to expectations, opting for a stunning, custom-made Givenchy Haute Couture dress that was created by Riccardo Tisci, a close friend of Kim and her husband Kanye West.

The gown in question featured a floral, lace overlay and cut-out panels that accentuated her hourglass figure, and ended in a sweeping, circular train. Kim completed her bridal look with a sheer veil that featured a dainty floral edge to match her romantic dress. The 33-year-old star, who is usually very active on Twitter and Instagram, only gave fans a close-up look of her wedding dress three days after the ceremony, posting a series of photos online at the same time as Riccardo and Givenchy. Kim's mother Kris Jenner gave her seal of approval, uploading the same image and captioning it, "Breathtaking....such a magnificent dress @riccardotisci17 !!! #Givenchy #Stunning #Love #herecomesthebride."
