Congratulations to Natasha Hamilton! The Atomic Kitten star has announced her engagement to boyfriend Charles Gay, following a whirlwind romance. Groom-to-be Charles popped the question during a romantic trip to New York, with Natasha taking to Instagram to show off her exquisite ring.
"After the most wonderful time in New York with the man I love, I was so high on life, little did I know he was planning something very special...." the mum-of-four wrote. "He proposed and I said yes! I've had such an emotional rollercoaster few days @charlesgay I'll be stuck on cloud 9 for a long time... this is just the beginning of our beautiful life together. I can't wait to see what adventures lie ahead. I love u xx."

Charles posted the same sweet photo of the couple toasting to their future life together, and wrote: "Had the most amazing time in NYC with the most beautiful person I've ever met, inside and out. Fate may have brought us together but it's my heart that wants us to stay this way forever. Everything else is just background noise. 'Saying 'yes' must of been easy. [sic] . I was a nervous wreck. Love you forever baby. XxXxX."

Charles and Natasha started dating earlier this year, shortly after the Whole Again singer split from boyfriend Ritchie Neville in March. Natasha had been living with the Five boy band member until recently, for the sake of their two-year-old daughter Ella Rose, but she has since moved out.

This will be the second trip down the aisle for Natasha. The 34-year-old was previously married to Riad Erraji, with whom she has a six-year-old son Alfie, but the couple split in 2013.
Natasha also has two other children from previous relationships – 14-year-old Josh, whose father is Fran Cosgrave, nightclub owner and former bodyguard of Westlife, and 11-year-old Harry, her son with dancer Gavin Hatcher.

The Liverpudlian has previously spoken about her children's paternity, and defended herself against some unkind comments. "I do get people saying nasty things because my children have different dads," Natasha told Closer. "But I feel I would have been a worse mum staying in relationships that were detrimental to me and my children's happiness.
"Josh said to me recently, 'Mum, I really admire what you've done in your life because you're not willing to settle for anything other than the best.' I was so touched. They're wonderful kids and hopefully I can pass on some wisdom, so they make good decisions."

On the subject of having more children, Natasha didn't rule it out, saying: "I'm not broody at the moment. If I see a baby I love to have a cuddle – but I can't wait to give it back! But a sister for Ella would be lovely! I'll never say never. I wouldn't rule it out. Who knows what the future could hold?"
