Ten thousand screaming fans watched as voluptuous model Jordan donned a football jersey and teamed up with “It” girl Tara Palmer-Tomkinson and actress Amanda Holden for a charity football tournament on Monday. Celebrities including Cat Deeley and Penny Lancaster suited up for the six-a-side sell-out event, held at Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge stadium, to benefit Help A London Child.

To the delight of onlookers, Jordan led her team, dubbed The Six Chicks, to victory over Jemma and Jodie Kidd’s The Fairer Sex. On the men’s side, Slap Bang presenters Anthony McPartlan and Declan Donnelly ultimately succumbed to a strong Rod Stewart led team, though the cheeky hosts assure there are no hard feelings. “We’ve had a fantastic day here and we hope we’ve raised a lot of money for charity,” says goalie-for-a-day Ant.

Robbie William’s flat-mate Jonathan Wilkes was the top scorer with 12 goals, a feat noted by guest of honour, Manchester United legend George Best. “I haven’t been on the pitch today but I really don’t mind being a spectator,” says Best, who is recovering from drink-related health problems. “These days I’m quite happy standing on the sidelines.”

Blur singer Damon Albarn, Have I Got News For You host Angus Deayton, and Melinda Messenger were also on hand to support Help A London Child, the 26-year-old charity providing financial aid to underprivileged children in London.
