PAMELA ANDERSON AND TOMMY LEE BACK IN COURT OVER CHILD CUSTODY

Though they seemingly settled the issue of their divorce three years ago, Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee are back in court battling over their children. The Baywatch beauty says she wants sole custody of the couple’s two boys, overturning a previous agreement which granted joint parenting privileges.

In the 15-page filing to the Los Angeles Superior Court, Pamela claims Tommy’s behaviour makes him an unfit guardian for Brandon, five, and Dylan, three, a concern that has grown since a boy drowned accidentally at his home during a children’s birthday party. She reportedly also wants the court to monitor the former Motley Crue drummer’s visits with the kids, and seeks an order to force him to take parenting and anger management classes.

Vigorously denying the allegations, a spokeswoman for Tommy told the New York Daily News that Pamela’s claims are “totally without merit. As recently as two months ago, Pam has been quoted as raving about what a wonderful father Tommy is.”

The pair split in 1998, though they briefly reconciled last April. Just weeks after the two were spotted back together, she was linked to her current beau, Kid Rock.
