EastEnder Patsy Palmer and supermodel Elle Macpherson were among the celebrity mums who took their kids along to a very special fundraiser in London’s Regent's Park - a Teddy Bears' Picnic. Patsy's three children, Charlie, Fenton, and Emilia, were all out playing in the brilliant sunshine, and Elle's toddler son, Arpad, was along for the ride too.
Hosted by the US ambassador to the UK, the Honourable William Farish, and his wife Sarah, the event was sponsored by leading fashion house Ralph Lauren in aid of the charity Sargent Cancer Care For Children. Sargent provides a range of services for youngsters affected by cancer, including family support, grants, residential accommodation for both young people and families, mentoring, and youth programmes.
Among the other guests who turned out with their nippers to help raise funds were ex-model Christina Estrada, formerly the partner of leisure tycoon Sol Kerzner, and Bill Wyman’s wife Suzanne with their daughters Jessica, Matilda, and Kate.
