The Twelve Days Of Christmas is a holiday staple as the festive season approaches, and this year the famed song is the basis of a star-studded line of charity greeting cards.

Fifty-eight famous faces have been enlisted by the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children for the campaign, including model Caprice - as Seven Swans A Swimming - and DJ-turned-media mogul Chris Evans, who poses with his pop star wife Billie Piper as the perfect Two Turtle Doves.

Caroline Corr of chart-topping group The Corrs, joins fellow percussionists such as Queen's Roger Taylor to depict Twelve Drummers Drumming. "I thought it was a unique idea and doing something like this for charity at Christmas makes me feel like I'm doing something good," says the Irish beauty. "I though that if I could help in any way I would."

Other stars of sport, music and TV who took part in the series of cards include gardener Charlie Dimmock, female cast members of Emmerdale, sprinter Linford Christie and England football star David Seaman.

All of the great shots were snapped by the Earl of Lichfield, who also stars alongside nine robed peers in his own card – Ten Lords A Leaping.
