It seems things are looking up for Fatboy Slim and his recently estranged spouse, radio personality Zoe Ball. The Praise You DJ said he and his wife are "really, really happy" after spending two days together at their London home.
"Things are going great – we're still in bed," was his intercom answer when one reporter called at his home on Monday. "We can't come down at the moment because we're still tucked up." Leaving his flat later, he reiterated: "We're really, really happy. Things are really good."
Zoe's spokeswoman, however, cautioned that there is "still a long way to go" before the couple returns to normal. "They need to sort out their problems and they need space." The celebrity mum, who has a two-year-old son from the marriage, had just returned from a brief break in the Seychelles to "consider" the relationship.
Once known as one of the most stable couples in show biz, the pair announced the end of their four-year union in mid-January. Despite news that Zoe had embarked upon a relationship with DJ Dan Peppe, her husband maintained he wanted to save the marriage. "I still love her," he said two weeks ago. "If you love someone you'll forgive them… I want it to work out."
