Brooke Shields was the picture of a radiant mother-to-be as she joined Hollywood stars at a Beverly Hills gala to support the fight against ALS, a motor neuron disorder commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease.

The Suddenly Susan actress mingled with celebrities including Austin Powers's Mike Meyers, actress Selma Blair and Beverly Hills 90210 pin-up Jason Priestley at the star-studded event.

And with a name like "Friends Finding A Cure", what would the charity bash be without a few of the big name pals from the hit comedy series? Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox – along with their actor hubbies Brad Pitt and David Arquette – were on hand at the fundraiser, which was hosted by There's Something About Mary star Ben Stiller.

Brooke, who shows off her bump in a soaking see-through frock on the cover of this month's US Vogue, is expecting her new arrival in May. And the former model, married to writer-producer Chris Henchy since 2001, couldn't be more thrilled with her pending baby joy. "We're blessed… I feel as if I'm in a new phase, almost like I'm in a new life," she said recently.
