As their two sons enjoyed some play time at a Madrid amusement park, celebrity couple David and Victoria Beckham were completing a task that has been a long time coming – moving into their new Madrid home.
The Real Madrid footballer has spent the last three months living at a luxury hotel in the capital city, while Posh has been jetting back and forth between Spain and the UK as she wraps up work on her new album. But the two, whose relationship was rumoured to be strained because of the distance, have now settled into their very own home.
The rented £4.5 million ranch-style property, located a short distance from the city centre in an exclusive gated community called Las Encinas, comes complete with everything from a heated pool to a high-tech security system. In an additional safety plus, the estate is set in a no-fly zone thanks to it's prime spot near the home of King Juan Carlos.
"I'm really happy here," Becks told a Spanish radio station last week. "Hopefully I've found a house now and so I will feel even more at home."
Four-year-old Brooklyn, who was spotted playfully hugging his younger brother Romeo and grandmum during a trip to a local theme park at the weekend, will reportedly be starting at a nearby school in two weeks time.
