Princess Diana's former lover James Hewitt is launching an internet dating agency which he says is different from other online services, because it will help people make connections while out and about.
The 44-year-old has designed special cards users can hand out to whoever takes their fancy. The recipients can then check out their admirer's profile on the website and, if they wish, leave a message.
"I am trying to make dating easier for people," explained the former army major. "You might see someone walking down the street or talk to someone in a bar. With the information on the card you can go to the internet and access the person's page and it gives you more information about the person and you can leave a message for them. It is basically an aid to help people meet each other."
The new website won't be launched for a few weeks yet, but in the meantime James faces the challenge of another reality TV show. The Gulf War veteran has signed up to take part in Back To Reality, which will feature 12 familiar faces from the likes of Big Brother, Pop Idol and I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here.
