Jennifer Lopez's surprise wedding to singer Marc Anthony on Saturday continues to be the talk of the town – and now there are whispers that the couple are expecting a baby.
A guest at the nuptials and a friend of the star confirmed to the New York Post that the famous bride had been telling close pals she's expecting. "Despite having been married twice before, Jennifer is traditional at heart and would never dream of having a baby without being married," an insider is quoted as saying in US press reports.
With the exception of one upcoming movie – the just-announced American Darlings with Nicole Kidman, to be shot sometime in 2005 – the usually busy star has cleared her agenda. "She has no plans," confirmed a spokesperson.
Meanwhile, Salsa-singing husband Marc has been in the US promoting his latest album, appearing on a number of live TV programmes. However, though he showed off a silver ring on his wedding finger, he refused to answer any "personal" questions. Asked on the Today show if he'd married Jennifer, he replied: "That would fall into the category of personal. And that's where I'm going to leave it."
