Mobile phone messages he allegedly sent got him into hot water earlier this year, but now it appears David Beckham has resumed his "texting" habit. This time, however, the recipient won't be getting the England captain into any trouble with his wife Victoria.
David's new Real Madrid teammate Michael Owen has revealed that he's received a string of texts from his fellow footballer. "They're not saucy, but helpful messages," he said. "He's been great since I've been here. I've needed to be pointed in the right direction a few times. It's good to have someone who knows their way around."
Michael, who moved to Madrid this summer with fiancée Louise Bonsall and their one-year-old daughter Gemma Rose, also told ITV1's This Morning programme that he's settling into his new life. In fact, not just marriage, but a growing family may also be on the cards for the 24-year-old, who remarked: "I can't wait to have more children."
