Irish songbird Andrea Corr created a new record after bagging the top spot in our Most Attractive Woman poll. It was her third win in the category since 2001, and the singer was way in front of her nearest competitor Christina Aguilera. Despite radiating newlywed glow after marrying music exec Jordan Bratman last year, the Dirrty singer trailed behind Andrea's 28 per cent share of the vote with 16 per cent.
The Dundalk beauty also impressed readers with her sense of style, taking the Most Elegant title as well. In 2004 that honour went to Denmark's chic royal, Princess Mary, who this time settled in second place with 19 per cent to Andrea's 28 per cent.
"I'm very flattered," the songstress told hellomagazine.com on hearing of her hat-trick. "I'd really like to thank everyone who took the trouble to vote for me."
Our race for Most Attractive Man was a far more close-run affair, with Phantom Of The Opera hunk Gerard Butler battling it out with perennial favourite Alan Rickman. The rising Glaswegian talent racked up 28 per cent of the vote, narrowly forcing Harry Potter actor Alan into second place with his 27 per cent share.
