Looking the epitome of relaxed rock chick cool, This Is My Life singer Fefe Dobson headed up a glitzy roll-call of guests at the Chanel launch of Time Style & Design magazine at the Holt Renfrew store in Toronto on Wednesday.
Glamour was the order of the day, with a bevy of models adorning the gala event, which celebrated the opening of Chanel's second boutique in the city, in conjunction with the inaugural issue of Time's stylish new magazine.
Toronto-born Fefe, 21, was clearly happy to be glammed up for the bash in an embossed, stud-buttoned jacket over jeans accessorised with a simple clutch, but admits that fashion can be a bit of a hindrance to her on-stage activities.
Currently preparing for her next tour to promote the upcoming album, Sunday Love, she says, "I've been trying to practise my show in heels but it's not too comfortable. Heels are definitely sexy but they are hard to dance in."
So it's no wonder she was all smiles when she took time out for the Chanel do, where the most energetic moves required were a gentle sashay and that stunning smile of hers.
