It's been a busy week for Mean Girls star Lindsay Lohan. First the slender brunette was spotted mingling with New York's most fashionable residents at a swanky Conde Nast party, then on Thursday she was out and about again. This time checking out a Big Apple fashion retrospective also attended by veteran screen hunk Richard Gere.
Lindsay arrived at the Prada store where the exhibition is being hosted looking the height of fashion in a feminine print dress with ruffled layers. Always ahead in the trend stakes, she posed like a professional in front of the cameras, a reflection perhaps of her glamorous new role as the face of Versace.
Meanwhile Richard took the time to congratulate the hostess of the evening, Miuccia Prada, with a hug. He was among a host of celebrities admiring "Waist Down", a collection of the designer's skirts from the last 18 years.
Also at the Prada flagship store were Vogue editor Anna Wintour and her daughter Bee Schaffer, who, as a contributor to America's Teen Vogue, looks set to follow in her stylish mum's footsteps.
