Lisa Butcher and Mica Paris have taken over from fashionistas Trinny and Susannah as TV's style queens. The supermodel and soul singer, who are close friends, are lined up to present the new series of What Not To Wear. They will be going through the nation's wardrobes with a fresh eye and dealing out the brutal truths the show has become famous for.

Lisa and Mica, who both hit the big-time whilst still in their teens and have balanced careers with being single mothers, think they have what it takes to put the UK's fashion victims back on the straight and narrow. "I've always been passionate about clothes. And having worked as a model all my life, I've learnt so much," says Lisa who got her break as a 15-year-old when she was named Elle's face of 1987.

Meanwhile, a successful singing career in the late Eighties gave Mica plenty of opportunity to experiment with what works for her. "I had to learn about style and image early. The clothes you wear are a statement about you," she says.

The girls will be helping willing participants to revamp their look with the help of the show's infamous 360-degree mirror, in which they get a clear look at their body from every angle. What Not To Wear returns to UK screens later this year.
